I've had the water softener for over a month and it works perfect. The price was great and the installer was fantastic. They didn't try to over sell me either. They gave me exactly what I needed. They told me a rust filter may be needed but didn't want to add it know in case it wasn't. A month later still no rust in my water. So glad he was honest and didn't try to over sell me the unnecessary filter.
