I took my daughter to Dr. Jackson when he was running a special on teeth whitening. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and they knew We wanted the special on whitening, but just because her wisdom teeth were still in, Dr. Jackson refused the whitening offer stating she would have to have her wisdom teeth pulled 1st. What the heck do the wisdom teeth have to do with whitening??? And, for the office staff who add their comments to the reviews- like are you sure your reviewing the right dentist, because we don't find your name in our records, keep in mine my daughter and I have different last names-she's married. He will RIP you off every chance he gets!!!

My experience with Dr. Jackson has been nothing short of amazing. He did a fantastic job with my implants and crown work. Additionally, I found the office staff helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Jackson for any and all dental care!

Everyone is beyond amazing and helpful here! They treat you like you are family! No matter how busy Dr. Jackson is, he will always take time to answer any questions you have! If you want pain free dental this is the place to go!!

Great office that goes above and beyond for their clients. They take care of you like family. I had a dental emergency and was able to get in quickly and have the tooth fixed by Dr. Jackson. They were so considerate. My whole family goes to them. I highly recommend this office! The whole staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Would give more stars if I could!

Hadnt been to a dentist in 5 years, my teeth are solid, but had some plaque buildup. Scheduled an appointment with Kelly Donald Jackson in Saint Clair, Michigan for a cleaning. Upon arrival, the office is extremely dated with a smell of mildew. But, it had been a while since my cleaning, and I needed it done, so I figured I would try a local. When I arrived at the office, they did an oral exam and xrays, standard practice for intake. However, the cleaning I had scheduled my visit for, did not occur. After the xrays were printed, DDS Jackson told me I had 2 cracked teeth that needed to have crowns. They gave me an estimate of $4200. They sent me home with the estimate and info on high interest financing options. When I asked about the cleaning, he said "I'd rather do the crowns first, that's my biggest concern". Well, why would you put crowns over teeth with plaque on them??? A scam to get you to schedule more costly procedures before doing a routine cleaning. I scheduled a cleaning, and instead received nothing but an exam and a ploy to get me to pay them an exorbitant amount of money. I then went to another dentist in Macomb County with an EXCELLENT reputation, and was received amazingly. They actually showed me the xrays they took of my teeth, from all angles, and informed me that I did not have a single cracked tooth. Research Kelly Donald Jackson, and you will find some interesting things about his Dental Career in North Carolina. He goes by Donald Jackson, his middle and last name, to try and hide the past license revocation under his first name Kelly. THE TREND SEEMS TO BE THAT ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS MUST COME FROM NON-PATIENTS, AS THEY REPLY WITH "YOU ARENT ON OUR PATIENT REGISTRY".
