        We called about our refrigerator and the person on the phone, I think her name was Mary or May was very polite and helpful and got us on the schedule quickly. The service was very good and the refrigerator is working great now, would recommend this company to other.

        No show, no phone call. I called company numerous times - during business hours - to find out what was going on, only to continuously get a recording saying they were on another call. Impossible to be on another call non-stop for hours at a time!

        Guy was super nice on the phone but his admin person May was rude and unable to locate part and did not bother to update. Waited a month for them to tell me they couldn't locate the part for a GE dishwasher that was less than 2 years old. Terrible service!

        Really thankful I found these guys. Fixed the problem with my Sub Zero freezer, after 3 other companies couldn't!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
