        You dont get what your promised. I dealt with Myia at 11 and Harper store. I was told that I would get the hundred dollar back for the installation which I did not. I was also told that I would get the buy one get one on the phone lines which I did not she also put my husbands iPad on pay by the gig at $15 a gig when I told her he used it up north where there was no Internet so his first trip up north was $375. When I went back to the store I got no results. I tried calling Myia several times, and she never returned any of my calls. The good side to all this is the one 800 customer service fixed everything for me and I got what I was told I was going to get in the first place. It may have taken me a while on the phone With customer service, but they handled everything with no problem. I have no complaints with our phone service nor our cable or Internet service in the price is very reasonable. The problem I have is the actual store at 11 and Harper and their personal customer service.

        Horrible place billed for 5 months after service was disconnected. Had to fight multiple times to get service turned off. Still expecting to be billed at end of the month. Horrible customer service bot your forced to interact with. Customer satisfaction does not exist with this company. Biggest scam company ever worse then hackers.... hope Comcast goes out of business. Never gonna happen when they continue to bill your auto pay long after service is canceled and refund don't count on it...

        Rude, and never fix any of my families billing issues. They claim to fix the mess of inconsistent billing, and it pops back up a month later. Customer service is the worst at this store, and with xfinity in general. I would advise using dial up internet, and a burner phone over xfinity.
