I was drawn to this practice by its positive reputation. However, my experience left much to be desired.
Despite waiting patiently for weeks for an appointment, my interaction with Dr. Herman was disappointingly brief. In just two minutes, she hastily diagnosed my issue and referred me for a root canal, which later turned out to be unnecessary and after seeking a second opinion the fix was quite easy.
My concerns were not addressed adequately. This rushed and unsatisfactory appointment ranks as one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with a dentist, which was disappointing as I had high hopes considering the reviews.

I have been looking for a new dentist for a couple years. Not only was the entire team friendly and helpful, but they were able to squeeze everything into one day for me. Professional, polite, and upfront about all cost. I found my new Dentist. Thank you!

Went for my exam, teeth cleaning, and to ask to have loose tooth pulled.
There was an equipment issue.
As they did the exam and readied me for the extraction, the equipment issue was resolved, and I was told they will do all three things that night.
No rescheduling. l was so happy.
The staff and my Dentist went out of their way to understand my frustration, resolve the problem, and made sure that I left knowing that they will always go out of their way to provide me with the highest quality of service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist. Thank you for everything you did for me that night.

I moved from out of state and had a dental emergency. They kindly saw me that day, set me up with a specialist, and treated me with a temporary solution. They also gave me an appointment for a follow-up. A group of concerned dentists who went above and beyond what most dentists would not. Thank you.

Honestly the best group of dentists and hygienists I've ever been to. I've lived in a lot of cities and the quality of care they provide is top notch.
