We ended up buying way North of that (we were unusual as we were open to almost anywhere in MIchigan) but I would recommend Jordyn 100 percent. She was always in touch, quick to respond, met us at a few houses and truly tried to find us what we were looking for. I would recommend her if you are looking for a home.

Jamie Broderick was a great agent! We did all of our showings via Zoom because we were from out of state and she did a great job showing us all the little details, including the smells, which is important! I would definitely recommend her to anyone and should we need an agent again, she will be our first pick! Thank you!

Jamie Broderick helped me sell my house back in 2015. So, I wanted to work with her again regarding my brother's house. She was so helpful and down to earth and didn't sugar coat it. She felt it would be a limited market because of the need for a cash sale. I tried to count all of the showings and I think there were approximately 14. Pretty good for a limited market. Needless to say, the house closed on July 29, 2022. I am very happy with Jamie and Bricks Real Estate Experts! I highly recommend them you should too!

Jamie is a treasure. She cares about the client and is very knowledgeable about all the steps of the process. If you want hopeful but realistic advice, Jamie is the realtor for you! What is most impressive to me is her heart for Midland.
