Mathnasium

My 3rd grader struggled to understand some basic concepts in math and would often lose interest prior to Mathnasium. My son has always made an effort to complete his math work to the best of his ability. However, I knew that he needed tutoring to build a foundation that will enable him to learn and apply math skills not only in the moment but also in the future as well. Likewise, I came to the realization that he needed more help than what his dad and I could provide at home. Therefore, we decided to enroll him in Mathnasium for the entire school year. Thus far, my son speaks positive about math and what he has been learning. My son looks forward to going to Mathnasium and working with a professional tutor. Wonderful place to help kids build confidence in math and learning in general!! Grateful to have a resource like this in Saginaw. My son is so happy every time he attends!

I love that professionals in the field work with my children. I am a teacher, but not of Math. There are concepts that the tutors at Mathnasium break down for my children, utilizing several different pedagogical approaches, which makes it easier for them to understand and more importantly, retain over time. Both of my boys absolutely love going to Mathnasium. Their confidence has been growing more and more, with each visit.
