I got my taxes done here this year. When I went to pick them up I noticed they attempted to over charge me. When I brought up the over charge the lady was very annoyed. She eventually changed the price back to what they advertised. So it turns out they entered the wrong information and screwed up my tax returns. When I went into show their mistake they laughed at me. They did not apologize and they were not considerate of how they inconvenienced me. But I will have the last laugh, I won't go back here and my family members won't either. I also got a fun story that I can tell every tax season to tell about how unprofessional and incompetent nordstrom tax service is 😀🤣

April Brown is fantastic! She’s easy to work with, very responsive, and really knows her stuff. Goes out of her way to get you the best tax refund. If you’re looking for the best tax person in Saginaw, I highly recommend her.

would not go there again they messed up our taxed the man was not friendly and didn't ask questions to make sure of anything..
