        George Baker did the appraisal on my VA home loan, and he was spot on. Everything was completed in a timely manor, and I have no complaints. Report was professional and well put together with accurate comps. Very happy with the results, and would recommend him.

        George Baker was the appraiser during my VA home loan. This was my first house and I was worried about the myths regarding VA appraisals. Mr. Baker proved to be a knowledgeable and professional appraiser. He took into consideration many contributing factors and provided excellent comps. Would highly recommend!

        They used homes from the surrounding towns 10 and 14 miles away and homes that were bank owned not actually for sale homes to compair our house to. There haa been 5 close recent sales and many more on the market.They did not figure in any updates made to the home in the last 8 years. Terrible experience and waist of money.
