Great experience. They performed a very thorough exam. The guy that helped me with picking out glasses was awesome and did all the work for me while explaining his thoughts and choices along the way. He found me a pair of glasses that look good on me and Ill be happy wearing more often than just when I absolutely have to.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me on ick out glasses today. He was amazing, he took such amazing care of me and made sure I was looking my best self. He was actually the one who picked the glasses I went with. Thank you for making me feel important and my feeling like my best self.

I had really high hopes moving to this office for eye care. I was unimpressed and leaving the office upset. The initial lady before doctor came in was great. While doctor listened and was nice, he seemed a little bit all over the place doing lots of things. I was left several times during the exam with the door wide open just waiting. It was my first time at this office and first exam in over two years, and no one even asked about dilating my eyes. Every other office Ive ever been to always wants to dilate my eyes to look at them. I have new eye coverage, and I am not well educated in the world of insurance. While I was trying to get answers about my coverage and what I could afford in regards to glasses and ordering contacts, I wasnt given very clear answers from anybody. The lady who briefly helped me look at glasses wasnt the most tactful. This is when I became initially upset and disregarded. The girl at the front desk was nice, but I could tell was still new and learning- which is fine. However, the lady next to her was not very helpful and I was extremely uncomfortable just waiting for some direction from someone in the office. I felt like an inconvenience because I was asking questions about my coverage. It wasnt until Liz at the front got involved that I finally got some answers. I thank her for that. I give 2 stars- one for Liz and one for my initial caretaker in the exam. I am extremely disappointed that I now have to find another doctors office because I am genuinely very upset with my experience here.
