Impression after 30 days. The program has helped with my son's self confidence, focus and coordination. The instructors keep it fun and fast moving. I was not sure how he would do at 5, but they have set up a program that teaches a life lesson in a fun and uplifting way plus all the kicks and punches. Bonus: the instructors make a point to know every kid's name and keep it positive and safe. We had a chance to take a free trial class they had on Facebook with no obligation and my son was hooked. I have been impressed with how good and genuine the staff have been since day one.

We appreciate how the coaches teach life lessons to our kids which has taught them how to deal with bullies and how to protect themselves.

Both my son and husband attend classes with coach spyhalski and his other coaches. They both come home worn out making my nights easier to relax. They are both very strong from these workouts and have a driving will they didn't have before when we do things as a family. This is a great place for the entire family. I highly recommend it.

I have 3 boys enrolled at Cosens and they absoulutely love being there. They talk about what they've learned and my older 2 help the youngest learn his combinations. Highly recommend!
