Upon checking out I like to grab and go with my breakfast. I had a Togo coffee and then grabbed a banana. The lady behind the food counter, Julie, must have noticed my grab and go stash and mentioned the yogurts in the mini fridge below the counter. I had already seen them but was contemplating whether I wanted one or not when she told me about them. It was very sweet of her to mention them in case I had not seen them among the other food and very observant of her as well!!

Stayed 4 days room not cleaned once called downstairs to try to get room cleaned every
day a different excuse. They front desk at 6pm replied there are no notes u called housekeeping is gone when I told her Ive been here 4 days room not cleaned once Im
Out of towels she did not seem to care.

The room was clean, and the location was near everything. However, Kendra was incredibly hard to work with. She clearly did not want to be there or help the customer. We had a simple request for our receipt and she made the process so much more complicated. All while being so rude. Ive never once had an issue with this at any Hilton. We travel so much we are diamond members. This was a very stressful check in & check out process. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here next time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Supposed to be a new hotel but the rooms are not very clean. Theres some kind of stains on the ceilings and they dont clean the beds or the pull out couch beds. The mattresses are filthy and the walls are very very thin you can hear somebody cough in the room next to you. Hotel manager has an attitude as nasty as the rooms and their own hotel staff is uneducated on their own policies and they do not care about your complaints and wont do anything to accommodate them. Will never be returning here again save your money theres many better hotels in the same area. Also will accuse you of having a party if you have anyone come up to the room to visit during your stay.

Breakfast bar on Saturday the 17th of Feb was very well maintained and very clean. No dirty tables, very well stocked with all needs and attendant was very helpful asking every if they needed anything. Give him a raise.
