        The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a dress off the website and had it shipped to the saginaw location. I go on my lunch to pick it up and the girl gives me a wrinkling dress, at first I didn’t mind because I can fix the dress myself. Then I hear the manager telling the girl she was training that they typically bag and steam each dress. I turn around and ask the manager if that still can be done, and she assured me that it would be done by 7 pm. I get out of work and head straight to the mall and go pick up my dress. AND GUESS WHAT? It wasn’t done, no surprise there. I tell the other girl the situation and she got it done for me. To the manager or whoever told me my dress would get done at a certain time, I would do a better job at your time management skills and customer service. I will never be coming there again.
