Sake Sushi

AWFUL customer service. Walked in here yesterday Friday, 3-30-24, it was 9pm. My friend and I wanted to dine in and it was very busy. The woman asked us how many and we said two, she smiled and said just a few min, so we patiently stood there until about 9:20 to be seated (20 min later)the same lady/host after a few minutes, very non chalantly goes the manager said no more people..? So why did we just wait for 20 minutes? Whoever hosted last night needs to be fired. Never returning. Much rather spend my money with an establishment that respects my time. Nothing more unprofessional + unwelcoming than your time being disrespected.

Must have gotten very last order of the night. Could not even eat the Chicken Bibmbab, was saturated with maybe rancid sesame oil for $13.99. Had 3 people choose 5 different sushi rolls, with different sauces on top. They were all crammed into one plastic to go container not separated at all, with a small amount of wasabi and barely any ginger. Total bill was $77.58 with tip, would like a partial refund.
