        I purchased a module that was defective and needed a warranty repair. I tried contacting Detroit Modular through their website, email and phone over the span of thee weeks with no response. As much as I wanted to give Detroit Modular five stars my experience does not warrant it.

        Best synth and Eurorack retailer in North America, and it's not even close. Staff is super-friendly, know their product and, most importantly, value their customers immensely.

        It is unusual to get good customer service these days. It is rare to get great service and this place has it! Nels has been super helpful with me. Not only was he nice to me when I called in with a question about my order, he actually took time to talk with me about modules, cases, etc. I will only buy new synth supplies from Detroit Modular!
