        Horrible space due to lack of working WiFi and ZERO tech support to help. I have connected to all other Regus spaces but this one wasted an hour and made me miss a meeting.

        I've been trying to transfer my service agreement from Detroit RenCen (another terrible customer service location) to this office, sent in transfer agreement paperwork three times, and have gotten no response despite several calls and emails. Then they never seem to be at the front desk or answer their calls either. Rude and unprofessional. After they finally transferred the service more than a month later, I started getting threatening emails and phone calls asking me to pay for months of service we never had at this location. They're true con artists. Stay away from this awful company.
