Very disappointed with Jeffrey Nissan's customer service. I bought a car back in December, when the spare key to my car was unable to be located. I've been contacting Jeffrey since that time and still have not received my key. I've called every day for the past week and have only received voicemails with no calls back. We have been loyal Jeffrey customers and I am completely disillusioned by this experience.

My experience was good I got a oil change. The wait time was shorter than expected. They gave free car wash with the oil change.
My car was very clean before the car wash, the wash they gave me was pretty bad I had to go home and wipe my car back down!
