The Flower Box Flower Shop

Ordered flowers on April 1st to be delivered April 2nd to a business address. Ordered online and paid nothing showed up. Called twice on the 2nd (today), no one picked up. Emailed the f1st too, no reply. Still awaiting a response and flowers to be delivered..... It is now April 6th, store has been locked up and no emails or calls yet. Currently lost $40 with no flowers at all.

Not the correct bouquet I did order it at 1030 am to be delivered after 5pm Valentine's day my gf was still happy but it wasn't the correct order

I ordered an arrangement through FTD for my mom for her deceased sister. It arrived 4 hours late, looked pitifully bare and not fresh at all for the amount of money I spent, and on the card there was added characters and symbols not in the original wording. You did not give my order your "personal attention", as your card claims. Very disappointing and embarrassing! I will never order through FTD again or from The Flower Box.

The flowers that were made for my Mother-in-law's funeral were exceptional, we got a lot of complements on the casket piece. Everything was special ordered and came in fresh and done to perfection!!!
