When I originally hired BD's to deep clean and then for routine maintenance cleaning, we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of work. However, the last cleaning was insufficient, and when I requested a discussion, I was indirectly told "too bad". I tried to discuss further, and Brandy, one of the owners, made a personal attack and became irate. I requested a decrease in price since the work was incomplete, and was told no. I was willing to make a partial payment, but was told no. Only after I listed the items that had not been cleaned as in the past, she became irate and told me to keep the money and not contact them again. What a shame there's not customer concern and customer relations at the center of focus for a customer service business.
