Recently visited here to go for a trip on the Labor Day Weekend. Although it was understandably packed because of the timing and high travel time. The place was in almost chaos the lines were long and it was taking at least 20 minutes to get your food which doesn't seem like fast food. A lot of the machines were not working and my mcflurry was being made by hand. Although it wasn't the staffs fault I believe that they could've taken a better approach

What had the manager last week yell at her workers in front of a crowd (very unprofessional) this week shes working the frappe machine and not paying attention to the orders coming her way. I waited 15 minutes for mine and got to watch her sneak food she was hiding under the machine and took her time to go get herself a drink. All while I sit and wait. Totally unprofessional
