My name is Ernie, I was having an issue with my used Challenger car lift that I just purchased. It just wouldnt come down all the way. So I reached out to the Guys over at Dow Equipment Service and after about 3 phone call sessions an about 10 text messages, they were able to help me resolve my issues. They could have simply told me what their service call costed and left it at that. But thats not the type of company this is. They were genuinely concerned about me getting my lift back working and working safely. They invested quite a bit of time to help me at no charge at all.
