EVEN though I went at work before they plowed....
AND I was at work ALL NIGHT....
AND my husband's vehicle was parked in the driveway.
Perhaps Joe should get his facts straight on WHO the vehicle that WAS in the roadway belongs to;
BEFORE he sends out letters threatening to fine residents.
