Ordered furniture & paid a down payment on 1-19-21. Was told probably 8 week delivery time but plan on 12 weeks to be safe, it’s now been over 21 weeks with no end in sight. Zero updates from the staff, no communication at all except when we call to check. No tracking, no attempts at finding anything out from manufacturer at all. Very poor customer relations & service, would not recommend doing any business with them.

Alec and Larry have taken great care of 2 generations of Sergison families. Their furniture is very comfortable. They are honest and straight shooters. Can't say anything bad about this store. The time Alec spent with us helping pick colors and etc was great. He knew where to go in designs and colors with minimum description from us. To have a sales rep that can eliminate the tedious selection time... was great. Also the in home delivery process was great as well. Ordered 4 queen beds and box springs and when we came back to our cottage the box springs and mattresses were sitting on each bed. I was expecting to have to haul these beds upstairs on my own from the garage but Alec and his crew did it for me. Great service and no scratches or scuffs on any of the walls!
