He was a wonderful dentist until the old receptionist left and his daughter took over. My mother my husband my two daughters and myself have found a new dentist and no longer go here. She put my mother in tears on several occasions, and when Covid came I had called to let them know that I had a dental emergency. Now taken mind we had seen him for years. The daughter agreed to see me for several weeks so I waited for when they were covid prepared. By this time my tooth was in severe pain. After waiting several weeks and finally over a months time I finally called back again to touch base and she said because I hadnt seen her father in a year and a half they were denying me services. We had always been those patients to come faithfully every six months! This was the first time that we were overdue because we had moved three hours away and had to sell a home and purchase another home, life was crazy busy, then Covid hit and life got even more hectic. Since then we have all found a new dentist, sad to say. This man was wonderful! Its his daughter that has ruined his practice, Or from at least what Ive heard is putting it in shambles. So many friends and family members that recommended me here once before, have now left as well because of her. I will be trying to obtain a refund for the mouthguard that I paid for now that things have settled down and lets see what happens. Im not going to give up my $400 dollars paid in advance. I did report them to Better Business Bureau and I probably will be Obtaining an attorney if my money isnt refunded and if she wants to be really nasty I will sue them for the damages Of the new dental work Ive had to have done waiting on them . He is a great dentist but who wants to go see somebody that has To fight with the receptionist every time you turn around because she cant keep her nose in her own business, makes people cry and is just overall doesnt belong in the medical field she is absolutely horrible and has caused us and our family to find service elsewhere and a nasty taste in our mouth!

This is My Families Dentist and He is Amazing at what he does. When he cleans Our teeth we walk out feeling like a million bucks.

Dr Horbal is great with my kids, the office itself is slightly dated but that really isn't important when you see how excited and comfortable your kids are at the dentist. Friendly staff and appointment availability isn't bad at all.
