I agree with others who have commented that Lee does not feel the customer has the right to ask any questions as to how he will diagnose and work on your vehicle. His response to questions is that he has been in business for 34 years and that questions offend him. Considering how much transmission shops charge for their service I recommend looking elsewhere.

This guy is nuts. I had my transmission replaced there in 2009. I am trying to now sell my car and I want to have a receipt for the transmission work that was done on it to show potential buyers. I cannot find my copy so I thought I would call Lee's and ask him for it. Right off the bat Lee answered the phone with a "Yeah what do you want" attitude. I asked him about the receipt and he completely lost his mind. I even put him on speakerphone for my co-workers to hear because I could not believe how he was acting and was really confused as to why he was so incredibly mad that I wanted a copy of an old receipt. He said things like "pay me $100 and i'll look for your receipt", and "It's not my fault you are disorganized". I really could not have been more polite, I was dumbfounded and shocked at the way he treated his customer. He ended up hanging up on me, I called him back and as soon as he heard my voice he said "F*** YOU" and hung up on me ... this guy is nutso. There are plently of transmission shops in the area. go somewhere else!

The most honest mechanic I know. Will never sell you something you don't need! Two shops told me that my car need a new/rebuilt transmission. I had it towed in and the next morning he called me to say it was all set. Turned out it was a blown fuse caused by a wire that had rubbed through on the frame. Cost me nothing more than the tow...
