        I wanted to take a minute to recognize and thank Jake S. from store #7711.He was SO knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kind. Jake S. answered all my questions and fixed the issues between my phone & my watch. He was also able to multitask and help another older customer with her questions while my watch was updating.So far every time I've come into this Rochester Hills store I've had excellent service, but today's KUDOS go to Jake S!!Excellent customer service Jake S. and you're very good at your job with T-Mobile!!

        Id like to give this store a Zero star if I could. This store is a complete joke. We switched 3 lines from xFinitiy to Tmobile based on the info stored shared with us. To find out, the employees and their manager Mike both lied to us. Now we have a bill thats over twice what we were paying with xFinity. DO NOT go this store and switch to Tmobile. This store will scam you.

        I would give them zero stars if I could. They promised a trade in promotion so we switched from xfinity. Our first bill was double what they promised and the promotion was not applied. They have zero knowledgeable and when you call them out on it they just tell you to call customer service. They make promises they cant keep and when confronted they just tell you to call the 800 number.
