Brooke has been instrumental in my journey to improve myself, recover from trauma and implement healthy habits into my daily life. She has been patient when I wasn’t ready to move forward in discovering the root analysis in what is limiting my growth and always made me feel I was always in control of the pace and objective of bettering myself. She is often a grounding voice in chaos and is readily and willingly available to help. I contribute the growth I have experience in the past few months directly correlates to our work together.
