I’ve went in to get auto insurance, was told if I got life insurance it would make the auto policy 4$ cheaper a month and life insurance would be free, i was told this many times because I did not want life insurance. Once I found out about me being charged for life insurance I called to cancel auto and life and paid my bill already. sunny and dan did not want me to cancel the life, took about 30 minutes of me telling them I don’t want it before they said they would cancel it, I’ve called many times to make sure it’s been canceled. I was suppose to get a refund of 260$ and today, over a month after I paid the bill i got refunded, but only 224$. Turns out sunny and dan never canceled the life insurance. I’m going to cut my losses with them but they definitely tarnished State Farm’s name for me, won’t be using State Farm any time soon. I’d visit another office if I were you

My agent that I talked to was able to get me insurance horror like 100 and 60 dollars cheaper with life insurance
