Lockwood did an amazing job on our floors! It was a large two week job to refinish existing hardwood and then replace all other carpeted surfaces with new hardwood. Jon and team were very respectful of our space and provided great communication along the way. I also appreciated the time Jon took to educate us on how to keep the floors in the best shape (correct floor coverings, optimal indoor humidity, etc). It took some time to get around to writing a review so we've been living with the floors for about 6 months now and they still look just as new now as they did when finished. We have an active pup so that's also a good sign of quality! We'd absolutely work with Lockwood Floors again and highly recommend to others! John and his team did an incredible job! My floors turned out great. He was very responsive, accommodating and provided great tips and knowledge regarding the floors. He was able to squeeze me in and finished the job pretty quick considering everything that needed to be fixed and done. I would definitely recommend him to others and use the company for any future needs! Services: Flooring repair, General repairs & maintenance
