I do not recommend for service. Had a tech come out to diagnose the problem of my backhoe not wanting to turn over. Tech looked at backhoe for 30 mins, said it was hard to tell unless the backhoe was split and inspected from inside(a few thousand in labor). Said its most likely in the clutch...he Sat on the phone with his office for another 30 mins and I was charged just shy of $400 and no closer to an answer. I reached out to a friends friend and he said to check the crankcase for diesel or antifreeze and by golly antifreeze came out, tell take sign of only a few issues. For $400 you would think a diesel tech would check that..... Called a month later to try and get a refund for the pointless service call. After the run around for a few weeks the lady in billing told me she spoke to corporate about it and they refused because a tech spent the time to come out( I’m 10 mins from their shop and they even told me the tech was on his way back to the shop when he stopped by). If you want to waste money like I did for a bogus diagnosis then by all means give D&G a call

Five Star service! I am so happy to be mowing again on my little Zoomie! It was delivered with care, washed and it looks & runs like new. It almost 'runs like a deer!' You can count on Rives D&G !
