My husband passed away at home about a month ago, I chose Fisher funeral home for the reviews, I couldn't have been more wrong, when they came to pick up my husband's body an old man and an old Woman weighing about 125 lbs and standing 5 ft tall came to pick up my husband who weighed 350 lbs, they knew this ahead of time, I was shocked a Funeral home would send these two who were incapable of lifting him, it was obvious they had miscalculated the whole thing, they kept running in and out of the house trying to figure out what to do while the old Woman kept reassuring me everything was fine, nothing was fine with these 2 the old man was downright rude, finally they called another guy in and dragged my husband's body out across the floor and concrete, This was an absolute outrage to send these two old people who couldn't do the job. I gave them a $60 tip and the next day I got a call from the funeral home and spoke with the owner Fisher who started out rude and obnoxious saying he was charging me $600 extra because my husband was to heavy, and the 2 people after they got a $60 tip from me wanted another $600, there is nowhere in their literature that says anything about the weight of the person. I finally agreed because I realize now I was in a state of shock and Fisher took advantage of that to get another $600 out of me. I do have a recourse to sue him for the money and win. I waited 2 WEEKS FOR MY HUSBANDS REMAINS. I CALLED THE FUNERAL HOME SEVERAL TIMES, NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT CREMATED MY HUSBAND YET, 2 WEEKS, I GOT UPSET ALL OVER AGAIN. STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRID PLACE THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF FOR MORE MONEY FOR A HEAVIER PERSON EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT IN THEIR LITERATURE ANYWHERE!! SEE YOU IN COURT YOU FRAUD FISHER A HORRIBLE FUNERAL HOME OWNER AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM AND CERTAINLY NO COMPASSION. TO THE TWO OLD PEOPLE YOU WILL GET YOUR COMEUPPENCE IN COURT SOON. RIPPING OFF A SENIOR CITIZEN!!

When my husband lost his battle with cancer we had been hoping for recovery and hadnt made any funeral preparations. After reading several reviews I was surprised to find Fisher Funeral home had many great reviews while also being one of most reasonably priced service providers. The staff members were all very compassionate and efficient and responsive even to a request to wait until flowers arrived from his sisters garden in Oregon before cremation. Your loved one will be in good hands with Fisher.

The Fisher Family, did a wonderful layout with my husband, and both families were very pleased with the it . Thank You to the Fisher family for taking such great care of my husband and may God continue to Bless them.
