Tracey called when he was in route, arrived promptly got to work. Answered my questions. Provided additional information. Stuck to the quoted price. Will definitely use again for all my jobs. Was very excited to work with them because of the great reviews. Understandably took a few days to get a quote. The quote was right on the money so we engaged them to work on the house. Quote was approved on June 30th. July 5th I texted to follow up on the project progress. They stated they were doing it the next day. On July 18th No updates yet so I started calling. Finally did get someone on text message even though the office was closed. They had obtained the permit but had the wrong address on the application. They got that fixed and the work was inspected. It passed on the first try. I would have given 5 stars but there were a few bumps in the road on communications. However the work was stellar and the price was right on point. Will use them again now that we are on same page. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
