A nice out of the way trailerpark. Lots of hard working country folk trying to live the American dream... I they would be able to do it better if we didn't have a moron for a President.

Where's the managers and owners? They rarely respond to their residence who need leases signed. Place doesn't have its stuff together.

Used to be a great place to live, until the old owners sold the park. The new owners are awful. Our experience used to be five stars, i changed it to one star because the new owners didnt buy this park with the intention of keeping it maintained regularly instead that keep themselves at a distance, they dont answer the phone they dont return calls, the person they hired as a middle-man to be park manager resigned because they dont fix anything they dont maintain critical park infrastructure they dont do anything! And to top it off they raised rent unexpectedly with no advance warning, the day after rent was due (and paid) and expected us to just swallow a 38% rent increase without even giving us a lease to sign. I am really trying to keep this review rated PG but whatever you do, please dont move in here, or you will most likely regret your decision. The owners have one expressed purpose in mind; To screw you over. You have been warned. Apply at your own risk. Im looking to get out soon after living here for 4 years with no problems.
