Very disappointed with the process - especially the lack of communication during the 2+ weeks it took to do our small single story home. The crew showed up around 9:00, left for lunch around 11:00 and wrapped up each day before 3:00. They did not introduce themselves upon arrival or ask ANY questions like "where can we put the materials/supplies? Where can we put our ugly dump trailer? Can we set up our saw in front of your garage door?†They even covered an air skuttle for our new furnace. All they had to do was ask! 🙄
They were very sloppy. No tarps were used to collect tear off debris. Pieces of vinyl, large nails and razor blades were scattered all over throughout the duration of the project. They had no regard for these dangerous conditions. In fact, we are still picking up nails and other debris 2 weeks later.
The only reason they got a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the end result does look nice. Too bad we had to complain and be "one of those customers" to get action.
