Todd Poyser was very helpful and easy to talk to. He didnt spend time trying to hard sell me on the windows, which was different from what I have experienced from other companies. He was easy to work with and had a friendly attitude. The winners also came in much less expensive than the comparable windows that I was researching. I recommend Todd and the Pella company for anyone whos looking for Windows.

The process of obtaining a quote to replace all windows in our house was very easy and an overall good experience. Todd Poyser showed up on time and was professional as he took measurements and presented us with our options, patiently answering any and all questions. A week later he was accommodating, meeting us at the showroom so we could see full size examples. We are on our 3rd project with Pella and Todd Poyser and every time he has done a great job. They installs have gone beautifully and the end is a house with beautiful windows, energy conservation and added home value!! Cant recommend them enough!!
