I can't say enough nice things about how Jeff treated me. He spent over a year giving me advice and showing me properties with no expectations. He always promptly answered questions and arrived at showings. I never waited for anything. His solid advice actually informed many of the choices I made for my investment. I know without a doubt that he had and continues to have my back. Trust is a difficult thing to find and I found that with Jeff. He listens and asks a lot of questions, so there is always great communication there, which I believe is key to finding satisfaction in this type of endeavor.
