Roof One

Fantastic Company..we had a roof done in 2020 or so.. during the coldest day this year it looked the roof was having some troubles with water on the inside of house.. Chris immediately came out with a helper..climbed through the attic and found that we just need new insulation (we are with the original insulation ..1970's)..as Chris said..once it warms up the "condensation" will disappear and it has ... so it looks like we need to get some insulation soon! These guys are amazing! You can't go wrong with Billy's ..

Excellent communication from estimate to job completion. Quick turnaround time and very impressed with clean up. They come back a week after the job is done to do a second walk around to make sure everything is clean.

We had my mother in laws roof done and the work was so quick and nice that we decided to have Roof One do our roof as well. Their price was very competitive, the staff including the roofers were friendly and professional. We were very pleased and would recommend Roof One to anyone considering a new roof.

I have had both my roof, siding, and gutters done through Roof One over the last 2 years. Unfortunately, my roof has been leaking into my home for the last couple of months. I have reached out on several occasions to get this rectified and keep getting the run around at the Pontiac office. Now, we are headed into winter and there is a gaping hole in my family room ceiling where the water has come through and we have had to remove the drywall. Every time I call, we get told that someone is coming to fix the job and there is no follow through and very poor communication. They seem annoyed when we call the office as if this is our problem. Cosmetically, our roof and siding look great, but so far that is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. The sad part is that we purchased the extended warranty and sadly, the siding job was just completed this summer and we are already having these problems behind it.
