        I would give a zero if this was possible. I have contacted the company for 4 days straight regarding a window that continues to have air coming through and I have not gotten a response as of yet. I will be going to the better business bureau to see if that makes a difference. This is ridiculous that you spend this kind of money and can't get anyone on the phone.

        Terrible company. Peels doors and windows has been such a pain to deal with. Been waiting weeks for a quote. Run NEVER USE PELLA! Doors fail Service: General door installation

        Theyll tell you 3 to 5 days for a quote that will take 3 weeks to come and then a replacement part for a 1500$ door will be 1100 dont ever buy a Pella door waste of time and money my house is missing a door now for an extra week because of this foolishness I will remove the Pella door and throw it away and go with a new brand of doors like couldnt just tell me over the phone how much a part would be this company is a joke
