I visited here to take a headshot for a Visa. The owner was super quick to take the pictures and print it as per my requirements. They will also send you the photos to mail if you want.

I do not know why our local schools insist on using this place for school photos and sports photos. We have never been able to display a sports picture of our kid, I dont think the photographer looks at them just stand and click. Its lucky they make you pay up front because otherwise they wouldnt make any money. Got our sons sports photo this week. The team pic is dreadful. I tried emailing them via their website but they didnt get back to me. No more school pic purchases for me. We will continue taking our own at events. Not sure if they outsource these types of pics but it la still no excuse for charging a kings ransoms and providing shoddy work. I hope we dont have to use them for senior pics. Edit: in response to your reply . I called your office the first year it happened. Its not the first time but it is the last time I will purchase photographs from you if I have to pay up front.

We booked an appointment for senior year book photos only. They knew this. We already had senior photos done with a photographer. They spent most of the session getting a bunch of other photos, no doubt in hopes wed order a bunch of prints. Very little time of our session was spent for the reason we were there. His photo for the YEARBOOK. Im extremely nervous how it turned it, & wont know until we get the year book. The part of the session for the yearbook was very rushed. They also didnt take very many with the correct background, the one that had to be used for the yearbook pic. My senior didnt like ANY of the photos, so we chose the best one. There is no easy way to order prints, and they dont respond to emails. As far as I can see, they only offer large packages, costing $100s. We wanted to order a couple prints for grad party. At least we were trying to get something good from this shoot. You cant order online, & they wont answer your questions. Extremely disappointed & fingers crossed they did what they said they would do to the photo prior to submission. Which was skin retouching, teeth whitening, & fly away. Ill be back to update the review. UPDATE: They dont respond to questions & dont care if youd like to order prints. Yearbook photo was not what was promised, & so much wasted time. They should have focused the entire session on the YEARBOOK shot. Not a bunch of other shots I clearly was not interested in. The only ones we liked, could not be used in the yearbook, because they used too many different (unapproved) backgrounds.
