They do a crappy job with lawn care and snow removal period. I wouldn’t even hire them if they were the last lawn care/ snow removal company on the planet. If I could give no stars I would. When you call for customer help the people are rude and just hang up on you. Bad customer service. They won’t salt unless told to which is ridiculous. Just don’t trust them to do a good trustworthy job. The plow drivers and the lawn care crews are just all around rude also. They Don’t care what the customer says. Under my big pine trees are never mowed and looks like a jungle all summer long until someone calls and complains.

These guys damaged a fence with a snow plow at one of my clients properties and they decided they didn't want to have the fence installed properly, so they threw this together. They did not cement in the post also the posts are sticking up above the fence itself. If the workmanship wasn't bad enough they also left rocks and trash in her yard. Would not reccomend for work if you are wanting a quality product. They also did this the very first day we had snow melt and the post are really wobbly and they will have to be redone.
