The store manager Naydena Smith went above, beyond, and exceeded every expectation I had while trying to help me resolve an issue with my plan and billing. She exhausted every avenue at her disposal to help me and to correct the problem to the best of her ability. I cannot thank her enough for how much time and patients she showed us. This was the best customer care I have ever recieved. I am exceptionally happy with my results because of how diligently she worked with customer service over the phone. Especially considering that when I went to the corporate store on Westnedge Avenue in Portage the manager wouldn't even actually speak to me and had his employee tell me that there was nothing that could be done to resolve my problem because the employee that originally made the mistake no longer worked there. I asked if there was anything at all that could be done and was told no. I had every intention of paying to cancel all of my services, but because of Naydena I will continue to be a loyal customer, and recommend to anyone I know looking to change cell services that they would be well served to go and have Naydena help them.
