I came in with a broken window motor, which I plan to go back to fix with McDonald's when the funds are available. Meanwhile, my window was down and the rain was pouring in. No questions asked, an employee had me pull my van full of four children into their garage and within minutes had the problem diagnosed and the window back up again. Better yet, I was treated fairly and with great respect - something I sadly haven't always received at other shops.
