Whispering Pines Apartments

I was thinking about trying to rent here but as soon as I seen the reviews I think I'll pass on this one....I'm sure there are better places than this....not even worth waisting my time on....I don't deal with shady people anymore

I lived in the Pines for about a year and it was miserable. The management does nothing about the issues at hand. The manager Cookie definitely shows favoritism and underminds others. People call and make false accusations all the time and instead of the management doing any talking or investing they just hand out complaint notices. It takes weeks on ends for maintenance to fix or repair things. They have signs posted all over saying you cant even smoke outside your apartment or in the parking lot. Trash is all over the place and junk is left all over the mail box area. In all words this place is definitely rhe ghetto of pinconning. Look for other apartments before living here!

Cookie the Manager is amazing!! She's very understanding and helpful. She doesn't put up with bull.
