My carbon monoxide detector went off so we called J & B and they came right to our house and checked our furnace. It turned out our new detector was defective. That is something you can't fool with and they responded quickly. Thanks Larry

Scheduled twice and did not show up, no call. The rudeness of the female morning scheduler is the focus of many of the poor ratings here. Shes a rude woman who should not be dealing with the public. I was nice explaining the situation, when I ask should I call another company? She hung up on me. This is so disappointing in our otherwise helpful community. Customer service should taken seriously, treat others as you would like to be treated !

Beware.... J & B owner (Larry) will sell you a service that will not be provided.  He will come out and talk a good game.  Then turn everything over to his unqualified rude Grandson.  They never show up.  Once they do, they will act like they're doing you a favor.  Work they did for us had to be redone by another company.  11 months of  no shows, excuses and subpar work.  We had to let them go.  Do yourself a favor.....  Do not hire this company!
