I used to go to the deli here for my lunches regularly. I will not anymore. They raised the prices of their lunch meals with giving less food, the food in their display is almost always not fresh, and when they tell you a wait time is only 2 minutes and you wait more than 10 (to not even receive your entire order) during your work lunch period it just isn't feasible. It's been progressively getting worse. There is one gentleman cashier that is always kind and one older short gentleman in the deli that is kind. Aside from them two its poor service leaving with no smile. I'll get main street for lunch from now on.

From the very first step into the store I could tell that this place wasn't like any other grocery store. The immediate smell of dead poultry was disgustingly overpowering. (you should NEVER be able to smell a meat department upon entrance. Especially when the department is located in the back of the store) Today I went in to return bottles. I called ahead and got all the rules for doing this. So when I walked into the store with 3 bags of glass and making loads of noise I at least expected to be greeted. Needless to say, I was not. In fact I could see 3 different workers doing various jobs at the time and not one bothered to even look up. (Poor Customer service!) Finally after wandering the store for about a minute I turned back around to find a worker. I located a lady on a latter doing stock and said "excuse me mam".... Nothing.... "Excuse me"... and still nothing, I raised my voice a little louder at this point "Excuse me mam" finally gaining her attention, I say "could you please point me in the direction of the returns" without saying anything to me she turns her head away and over the aisle says something to a colleague, smirks and then bluntly reply's "its down aisle 5" I thanked her and went for it. Once at the return I began doing what I had come for. I put in a Oberon can and It didn't accept it, same with a Dr. Pepper, Cider boys, Atwater and even Killians. What is the point of having a bottle return department if you wont accept the majority of popular brands out there?! I'm annoyed, disappointed and flat out discussed. This is a store that shouldn't being serving the public. The employees are rude and emotionless, and with that kind of smell there has to be some kind of health violations. I certainly will never take my business back to them.
