Dave's team took on a small remodel project for me but they treated my project as if it was a major undertaking. They show up when they say they will and when they leave for the day you can't even tell they were there. My house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They were on schedule and on budget. Everyone involved in my project was professional, friendly, and more than competent. The results were better than my expectations. Over the course of the last 10 years, Dave McBride and his team have completed 4 projects on my home. Beginning with windows, siding and garage door though interior updates and then on to the basement. This year, McBride Remodeling replaced my deteriorating wooden deck with beautiful composite decking. In every case, the quality of the work has been outstanding. The McBride Team surpassed our expectations of Professionalism, service, price and responsiveness. We had a difficult project that became more larger and more complex based on our property specifics. The McBride team not only adapted to the situation, they helped guide us to the best possible outcome. We were so impressed with our service we signed up for the year round property management program. In Northern Michigan contractors are “hit or miss,” McBride is a grand slam. If you are reading this and trying to pick a Northern Michigan remodeling team or contractor, do yourself a favor and hire these guys.
