Lousy nursing care from this company. Disorganized and arrive late to all appointments. Stay away from this agency.

Dropped a script off over a month ago for a walker for an upcoming knee replacement surgery and it still hasn't been filled. I've called several times, left messages without any form of response. Complete and utter incompetence from the staff! Highly recommend going "ELSEWHERE"!!!

Petoskey Vital care has Very Friendly, Fast service, & a wonderful helpful and knowledgeable staff! I was so pleased with this location!! 5 stars!! After going to Cheboygan Vital Care, & having such an unpleasant time with no results. it was a very welcome experience, Because I went in after lunch and the woman opened 10 min late and then without trying - told me that I had to wait to fill a prescription, and that my prescription would be "no good, by the time I was allowed to use it." which was untrue, and she didn't even try to run my insurance or anything..made zero effort what so ever.. (If it wasn't allowed to be filled my doctor would not have writen it.) it seemed very lazy and unhelpful. I'm glad I went to the petoskey location an had a better experience!
