This company was hired by my contractor to dig and grade our new home. He did the work, only for us to have all kinds of problems a year after moving in. When he backfilled our lot around the foundation he used the sandy soil he pulled out and it has now settled and has caused void spots under my patio that is going to have to be redone at my cost. He also did not follow the site grading plan for the final grade of my yard, and because of that our yard does not drain because it is blocked from the new property next to me. I contacted him and made him aware of it, he came out and looked at it and told me he would fix it for me and not charge me for the dirt, only fuel for the trucks. He then would not return phone calls and never came out to fix it resulting in another $800 for a drainage pipe to be installed under the new property next door since mine was below grade. Horrible customer service. I would not use this company.
