i contacted this practice after researching new dentists since my previous dentist retired after seeing me for over 40 years. I did my due diligence and checked reviews before settling on this dentist. I scheduled the appt three weeks out. The paperwork was not sent to me as promised so I showed up 20 minutes early only to learn there was no appointment on the books, nor was I in their system. I distinctly remember the conversation I had with the receptionist. I was not mistaken, however the receptionist today (apparently a new hire taking over for previous who is on maternity leave) made me think it was I who erred. No apology was offered even when I produced the outgoing call on my phone with their number from three weeks prior when I scheduled. I was told they could see me if I waited an hour. I agreed and waited. At the new appointed time, after waiting an hour, I was told by the hygienist that she would not be able to clean my teeth. Apparently, the receptionist had forgotten to share this with me when she offered the new appointment. She needed to leave within the hour and would have only enough time for x-rays. I would have left there still questioning myself as to the scheduling snafu had a lady not walked in while I was waiting who also had an appointment that didn't show up on their books. Again, no apology to the lady. I hope this dentist realizes that the front desk is crucial to a business's reputation, no matter how professional this dentist may be. I will never return and every opportunity I get I will relay this experience. Poor customer service doesn't even begin to cover this situation today. ETA after provider’s response. I returned home and read my detailed notes regarding this appointment. I was not mistaken. There was no other dentist I was scheduled with. I showed the call from the log in my phone. I would heartily suggest you reconsider blaming your client for an internal error. Mistakes do happen as we all know but pushing it off on the customer is inexcusable. As to your other patient erring as well, if that makes you feel better, go with it. Your receptionist again erred by not informing me the “rescheduled†appointment would not actually be a complete appointment, as I overheard the hygienist telling her she would need to tell me this. She didn’t. As to the other client, that is not what she said before leaving your office. She knew exactly what the appointment was for. Admit it. You had a new employee on the job who screwed up.

Probably the best dentist I have ever been too. Always so nice and sweet. Plus when they are in your mouth they are very gentle and care if they are hurting you or making your mouth in comfortable!
