        Hello and welcome to the Cherry Hill Manor Apartments Google Page. This development has gone through a complete renovation in 2014 and has been updated with many new amenities including a dishwasher, air conditioning, garbage disposal and microwave. A community building with a kitchen has been built with a large covered patio overlooking the new pirate theme playground area for kids. The parking lot has been completely resurfaced and in the spring a 2015, new carports will be installed for all residents at no additional cost! The rental rates are based on your income but the maximum possible rent has been dramatically reduced to $472 for a one bedroom and $502 for a two bedroom unit. All of the heat, water, sewer, trash and snow removal are included in the rent. Come by the property and check out these beautiful newly renovated apartment homes!
